Core Responsibilities
1. S&OP Process Establishment & Facilitation
• Continuously optimize the company's Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process framework.
• Facilitate collaboration between Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to achieve consensus on future business plans.
• Ensure the output of the S&OP process effectively guides supply chain, production, and procurement planning.
2. Demand Forecasting & Management
• Be responsible for the creation, maintenance, and management of rolling sales forecasts (e.g., 13-week rolling forecast, annual/monthly forecasts).
• Consolidate inputs from the sales team's business expectations, marketing promotion plans, historical sales data, and market trends to generate an accurate demand plan.
• Analyze variances between forecasted and actual sales, investigate root causes, and drive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy.
3. Sales Operations System Development
• Optimize and maintain the sales data analysis framework, monitoring key KPIs (e.g., Sales Revenue, Sell-Out Volume, Channel Coverage, Sell-Through Rate).
• Assist the sales team in setting sales targets and track/analyze performance against these goals.
• Streamline sales-related processes and tools to enhance the overall efficiency of the sales team.
4. Supply Chain Collaboration & Inventory Optimization
• Communicate the consensus-based demand plan to the supply chain team as a key input for supply planning.
• Monitor inventory levels and health, collaborating with the supply chain department to formulate inventory strategies that balance supply assurance with optimized turnover and reduced risk of obsolete stock.
• Analyze and provide early warnings for potential stock-outs or surplus inventory, driving cross-functional solutions.
5. Data Analysis & Meeting Integration
• Regularly generate S&OP-related reports to provide management with a clear overview of the business landscape, risks, and opportunities.
• Organize regular team meetings and synthesize discussion outcomes to enhance communication efficiency and alignment.

l 5+ years working experience in Omi-channels or EC or offline sales operation/support / Trade MKT experience
l Sales experience is a plus
l FMCG background is a plus
l Bachelor’s degree or above with a major related to Business, Management, Marketing or Finance relevant
l Strong interpersonal and communication skill able to drive collaboration across teams
l Ability to work in high-pressure situations
l Reporting and data processing and visualization skills
l Structural and critical thinking capability with hands on to ground with the attention to details.
l Fluent English reading and writing skills, able to communicate with oral English
