Responsibilities:工作职责:

1. Based on brand MKT and medical strategies, develop and drive medical education initiatives and activities for target institutions and dermatologists/injectors . Through sampling/clinical tests and collection of clinical feedback with doctors, facilitate product clinical cases and develop integrated skincare/aesthetics solutions for key clients. 根据品牌市场和医学策略，制定并推动所负责区域医疗机构与临床医生的医学教育工作/活动开展，通过产品试用邀请和临床使用反馈收集，与医生共创产品临床联合案例，推动整全护肤/整全美学的联合品项开发。

2. Training injectors in hospitals through education journey, optimizes their injection skills and enhance clinic knowledge to ensure they are competent and confident to use the products and recommend on the clinics practice to drive the best result for patient experience, by hands-on training or clinical facilitation， and collect feedbacks from clinic therapy.通过教学活动和临床拜访，提升目标机构的注射医生的操作技巧和产品认知，通过更好的注射方式来帮助产品实现更好的效果和临床体验，加强注射医生的推荐和使用产品的信心，并收集临床使用反馈。

3. The position ensures proper preparation for speakers in different activities, especially hands-on trainings and reginal HCP workshops, also provides clinical trainers trainings to internal education team, sales and marketing staff related. 帮助医生讲者准备/优化针对不同活动的讲课内容，培训内部同事，尤其是区域医学教育团队、销售和市场部。

4. Collect insights from KOL/HCPs regarding to learning/ training needs/gap and onboarding education program, contribute to the development and success of innovative medical education journey, highly executive medical education programs online/offline, and strive to make the highest satisfaction and best clinical outcomes from both patient and HCP/KOLs.岗位候选人需要从日常的教育活动和拜访中洞察出临床医生的学习需求和未被发现的医学教育方向，搭建并推动创新的医学教育项目，从而尽可能地通过医学教育去传递和提升产品在医生和客户端的声音和临床满意度。

5. Build framework of medical education faculties for brand-Skinceutical ，Work closely with key opinion leaders and regional speakers in the field of dermatology/ facial rejuvenation across the country. 为修丽可搭建医学教育专家库，与全国皮肤科/面部年轻化的关键意见领袖和中青年讲者保持紧密合作

Education & Industry experience: 学历要求：

- Master degree or above on Clinical medicine, or healthcare related. Specialized in dermatology or plastic surgery is preferred. 硕士或以上学历，临床医学及其他医药健康相关专业，皮肤科或整形外科临床背景优先考虑

Position Experience: 职位工作经验要求：

-At least 3 years experience in pharmaceutical or device industry, or 2 years medical education/MSL position ，preferably in medical aesthetics, and /or fields related to training.; 至少3年以上制药或医疗器械公司工作经验，或者2年以上医学教育或MSL/培训工作经验优先，有医美领域背景优先

Skills and Competency: 技能及能力要求：

- Good teamwork and written/verbal communication skills with internal and external; 优秀的团队协作，人际交往能力（与内外部客户沟通有效沟通）

-Excellent task execution with good accountability 快速执行，有自驱力和责任心

-Comprehensive understanding of the regulations for clinical treatment flow or protocols in Aesthetics therapy, excellent skills on content preparation and presentation/training; 对医疗美容常规治疗手段和操作有一定了解，擅长内容制作和培训

-Strong spoken and written language skills in English, fluent with advance articles and literatures. 优秀的英语读写能力，能流利快速地解读领域前沿文献

-Good computer literacy with Intermediate skills in office 对常规办公软件能熟练使用
