o Ensure high-quality order processing with zero errors in order booking, WBS maintenance, revenue recognition, billing, invoicing, delivery and reporting line alignment etc. 确保高质量的订单处理，订单录入、WBS维护、收入确认、账单、发票、发货及业务线一致性等所有商务运营工作零错误。

o Proactively monitor project cost/revenue/plan cost abnormal change, collaborate with PM and OPC to resolve deviations and implement corrective actions. 主动监控项目成本/收入/计划成本异常变化，协同项目经理（PM）和订单管理（OPC）解决偏差并执行纠正措施。

o Ensure all project related commercial topics are well handled, monitored and controlled. 确保所有项目相关商务问题都得到良好处理，监控和管控。

o Timely escalate risky topics such as reporting line change, vertical logic change, quotation change, etc.及时上报有风险的话题，如业务线变更、行业逻辑变更、报价变更等。

2. Central Coordination of AIS Delivery, Billing and Invoicing集中协调开关柜系统发货、系统开票和纸质发票

o As central coordinator, consolidate, monitor and guide all commercial officer’s billing, delivery and invoicing information, check inconsistency and ask relevant commercial officer to make corrections or updates. 作为中心协调员，监控, 指导和合并所有商务人员的账单、交付和发票信息，发现不一致之处，并要求相关商务人员进行修正或更新。

3. Data Analysis & Reporting 数据分析与报告

o Generate high-quality project cost analysis reports with actionable insights for decision-making. 输出高质量的项目成本分析报告，为决策提供可行性建议。

o Identify abnormal GM (Gross Margin) projects, conduct root-cause analysis, and drive resolution with PM/OPC teams. 识别异常毛利项目，进行根本原因分析，并推动与PM/OPC团队解决。
