You will be responsible for Sales Strategies/Principles
You will be responsible for Participates into development of sales strategies of 4S channel and development principles of new customer
Clear definition of key 4S customer

Co-brand cooperation plan

You will be responsible for Leads the development and deployment of a monthly/quarterly/yearly sales plan in line with approved sales strategies, to accomplish volume/margin/working capital target.
You will be responsible for Develops the dashboard of 4S sales performance and leads the quarterly review of the effectiveness of sales plans.
You will be responsible for Leads the cooperation with 4S customers to help our customer win in their market in order to increase our value and business share in their channel
You will be responsible for People Management
You will be responsible for Lead and develop a high-performance sales team for 4S team
