Responsibilities:

-You need to manage plant capacity and complexity, drive bottleneck process productivity.

-You are request to maintain routing and workcenter

Develop automatic tools to improve work efficiency and maturity level.

-You are responsible to cooperate with FI pillar to drive continue improvement on productivity and staffing, and provide necessary coach/training of lean- 6 sigma methodology

-You need to drive the implementation of all aspects of Continuous Improvement and Industrial Engineering, developing & driving the coordinated linage between business & company strategy/objectives, always driven by Zero Loss foundation and supported by Plant Optimization.

-You are responsible to lead plant expansion and new project plan and implement task related IE part

Lead plant layout and flow design.

-You need to lead operation analysis in plant level, manage plant KPIs and provide necessary analysis report to key stakeholder.

Qualifications:

-You got a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial engineering, or other engineering field.

-You with Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing environment.

-You have knowledge in Operational Excellence, Plant Optimization and Zero Loss.

-You with ability to use appropriate computer-based technology

-You also have ability to use MOST, Six Sigma, VSM and Lean Manufacturing Preocesses

-You with good analytical and problem solving skills.

-You with Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both in Chinese and English.
