Job Description:

We are seeking skilled and innovative Maglev Chiller Product Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role on developing new chiller products and order management. As a Chiller Product Engineer, you will be responsible for chiller designing, testing, data analysis, order support and refining Maglev chiller solutions to support business growth of Maglev products. 

Principal Responsibilities:

61 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including heat exchanger engineers, mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, software engineers and project managers to develop cost-effectiveness Maglev chiller products and solutions according to marketing requirements.

61 Conduct research and analyze Maglev chiller market demands, industry trends, and customer requirements to ensure optimal product performance and competitiveness.

61 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve cost reduce target through design, quality and production improvement.

61 Collaborate with reliability and quality teams to improve Maglev chiller reliability and achieve quality target.

61 Perform technical calculations, simulations, and analysis to validate design concepts and optimize chiller system performance.

61 Conduct technical support on sales and after-sales business to achieve revenue target.

61 Collaborate with manufacturing and production teams on order management to ensure the smooth manufacturing and test of chiller products, providing technical guidance and support as needed.

61 Conduct technical engineering report and engineering design manuals, component standards and codes for chiller design standardization.

61 Participate in product improvement initiatives, troubleshooting technical issues, and proposing design modifications or enhancements based on customer feedback or field performance data.

61 Stay up to date with advancements in chiller technology, and relevant industry standards to contribute to product roadmaps and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications:

61 Bachelor's degree in HVAC, Thermal Energy or Mechanical. A master’s degree is preferred.

61 Proven experience (5 years at least) in designing and developing chiller products, preferably with maglev product development and centrifugal chiller design experience.

61 Strong knowledge of thermodynamics, heat transfer principles, and fluid dynamics.

61 Familiarity with chiller components, such as compressors, heat exchangers, refrigerants, valves, and controls.

61 Proficient in the use of CAD, UG, Creo software for 2D and 3D design.

61 Demonstrated ability to create detailed engineering documents and technical specifications.

61 Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.

61 Strong analytical and mathematical skills, including proficiency in simulation and modeling software.

61 Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

61 Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

61 Proficient English listening and speaking skills.
