Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Maglev Product Mechanical Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in developing new Maglev products and order management. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for Maglev product structure design, modeling, drawings, BOM and order support and refining Maglev product solutions to support business growth of Maglev products. The Maglev products consist of water-cooled shell-tube products and air-cooled products. The evaporator includes falling film products and flooded type, while the condenser includes shell and tube and air-cooled products. Refrigerant of product will include R134a and HFO type which belongs to pressure vessel.


Principal Responsibilities:

61 Responsible for the mechanical design and development of Maglev products, that are evaporators, economizers and condenser structure, chiller piping, tubes, assembly modeling and drawings, basically structure FEA analysis. Including water-cooled Maglev products and air-cooled Maglev products.

61 Capability of 3D modeling & 2D drawings: Complete 3D UG/Creo/Inventor 3D models & 2D drawings on time on quality.

61 Capability of Windchill PLM: follow team guide to complete Windchill tasks on time including 3D model, 2D drawings, BOM, and documentation release.

61 Possess basic pressure vessel design capabilities to ensure products meet relevant standards and specifications include water box design.

61 Conduct structural performance analysis and optimization to improve existing Maglev product reliability, performance, vibration and noise.

61 Collaborate with New Product Design teams to develop new cost-effectiveness Maglev product structure and solutions according to marketing requirements include heat exchanger structure and Maglev chiller structures design.

61 Collaborate with reliability and quality teams to improve existing Maglev product reliability and quality especially on dimension, vibration, noise, and refrigerant seal parts. etc.

61 Perform technical calculations, simulations, and test data analysis to validate design concepts and optimize existing Maglev mechanical performance.

61 Collaborate with manufacturing and production teams on order management to ensure smooth manufacturing and test of existing Maglev products, providing technical guidance and support as needed.

61 Conduct technical engineering reports and engineering design manuals, component standards and codes for Mechanical design standardization.

61 Participate in product mechanical improvement initiatives, troubleshooting technical issues, and proposing design modifications or enhancements based on customer feedback or field mechanical data.

Key Competencies:

61 Independently design capability on Maglev product structure and mechanical design, especially on oil-free centrifugal products.

61 Mature knowledge of 3D modeling and mechanical structure design include water-cooled and air-cooled Maglev products.

61 Familiar with GB requirements in 2D drawings (such as dimensions, tolerance & views).

61 Familiar with Maglev product chiller structure and configuration.

61 Basic knowledge of Maglev product working principles.

61 Mature knowledge on noise and vibration improvement is preferred.

61 Familiar with pressure vessel code and standard requirements to ensure product design satisfy pressure vessel requirements.

61 Strong mechanical problem-solving skills on-site, able to diagnose the root cause of faults based on fault symptoms and propose effective solutions especially on order and prototype production and test.

61 Strong learning ability.

61 Strong communication & presentation & team working skills.

61 Fluent in both spoken & written English



任职条件

Qualifications: 

61 Proven experience (3 years at least) in mechanical designing and developing oil or oil-free centrifugal chiller, water-cooled and air-cooled products.

61 Preferably with maglev product development and centrifugal chiller design experience.

61 Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical & structure design or related field is preferred.

61 Familiarity with refrigeration chiller components, such as compressors, heat exchangers, refrigerants, valves, and controls.

61 Proficient in the use of CAD, UG, Creo, inventor software for 2D and 3D design.

61 Demonstrated ability to create detailed engineering documents and technical specifications.

61 Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.

61 Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

61 Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

61 Proficient English listening and speaking skills.
