Job Summary:

Responsible for the maglev compressor engineering for HVAC chiller application, Q&R improvement.

Principal Responsibilities:

61 Responsible for the new maglev compressor development projects along with HVAC chiller new product development.

61 Work as maglev compressor engineer to take lead the compressor application according to VHAC chillers product marketing demands.

61 Responsible for the related maglev compressor parts VAVE projects to achieve the company productivity objects.

61 Routine the technical support for the maglev compressor production and the chiller production if it is necessary.

61 Support the troubleshooting and the quality improvement for the maglev compressor and the related parts from other departments, support the field work if it is necessary.

61 Support the company RIE/VSM improvement activity relative to the maglev compressor and the related parts.

61 Complete the other related compressor engineering tasks assigned by the compressor manager or high lever management.

Key Competencies:

61 Strong capability on the maglev compressor design and application, for HVAC compressor is preferred.

61 Familiar with the code and standard related to the maglev compressors

61 Q&R design for the maglev compressor’s components.

61 Project management experience is a plus.

61 Good communication of English both in spoken and written.

61 Perfect skills in MS Office (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Word. Project)

61 Good communication and interpersonal skill inside and outside

Qualifications: 

61 Bachelor’s degree or above, major in HVAC or mechanical engineering, maglev compressor is preferred.

61 3 years+ the centrifugal maglev compressor design/application experience, HVAC compressor experience is preferred.

61 Q&R experience in mechanical industry
