职位概述 Position Overview
该助理专员将协助经理为团队提供的支持包括但不限于:负责外籍员工工作证件申请的全流程管理,配合团队成员处理来自各业务线的问询和申请需求,为员工提供全周期派遣服务,并确保所有操作严格遵循国家移民法规与公司合规政策。统筹团队盖章材料的审核、校对与进度跟踪,以及供应商服务费用的审核、结算与支付管理,确保流程规范和记录完整。根据业务部门实际需求,参与其他相关事宜的协助。
The Associate Specialist will assist the manager in providing comprehensive support to the team, including but not limited to: end-to-end process management of working related permits applications for foreign employees, working closely with team members to handle inquiries and requests from business. Providing full-cycle mobility services and ensuring all operations strictly adhere to China immigration regulations and company policy. Coordinating the review, proofreading, and progress tracking of materials requiring company chopping, as well as managing the review, settlement, and payment processing of vendor service fees to ensure standardized procedures and complete documentation. Additional responsibilities may include participating in other related tasks based on actual business needs.
主要职责 Key Responsibilities
· 负责外籍员工工作类证件的各项申请流程,为员工国际派遣全周期提供支持性服务,并确保所有操作严格遵守国家移民法律法规及公司全球合规政策
· 追踪并妥善管理外籍员工工作证件相关的申请材料与关键时间节点,主动监控办理进度,确保各项流程按时完成,同时依据团队需求整理、汇总并提供数据报告与统计分析
· 负责整理和统筹安排团队盖章材料,审核内容合规性和准确性,并进行格式校对,实时跟踪盖章审批进度,确保在规定时限内完成,定期整理盖章流程并维护盖章记录
· 统筹管理供应商服务费用的审核、结算与支付跟踪,确保付款事项符合公司财务制度及合规要求,严格按时处理,定期整理付款操作流程
· 与迪士尼乐园其他人力资源团队紧密合作,建立良好的合作关系
· 严格遵守所有人力资源规定、公司员工守则及合规要求,确保各项工作在法定和公司规定的时限内高质量完成。
· 各级领导安排的其他相关工作
· Manage end-to-end application processes for working related permits for foreign employees, provide comprehensive support throughout the international assignment lifecycle, and ensure all operations strictly comply with China immigration regulations and company policy.
· Track and maintain documentation related to work permits for foreign employees, proactively monitor application progress to ensure all procedures are completed on time, and compile data reports and conduct statistical analysis as required.
· Organize and coordinate the preparation of materials requiring company seals, review content for compliance and accuracy, and perform format proofreading. Monitor chopping process in real-time to ensure completion within stipulated timelines, and regularly consolidate and maintain records of chopping procedures.
· Oversee the review, settlement, and payment tracking of vendor service fees, ensure all payments follow company financial rules and compliance needs, and complete on time. Regularly organize and document payment workflows.
· Collaborate closely with other HR teams to build and maintain effective working relationships.
· Strictly comply with all human resources policies, company employee guidelines, and compliance requirements, ensuring all tasks are completed with high quality within legal and company-specified deadlines.
· Perform other duties as assigned by management
· 本科学历,具有1年以上人力资源、行政、或全球派遣领域实习和工作经验者优先
· 高度注重细节和准确性,对工作中接触的信息高度保密,具备强烈的合规意识
· 拥有优秀的时间管理与多任务协调能力,确保各项任务高效按时完成
· 具备独立处理常规及突发工作的能力,善于在团队中主动协作共享信息,达成业务目标
· 熟练使用MS Office办公系统,能高效完成文档处理、数据整理及报告撰写等任务
· 能够融入迪士尼文化并应用于日常工作
· Bachelor’s degree. Prior internship or working experience related in Human Resources, Administration, or Global Mobility is preferred.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy, can maintains strict confidentiality of work-related information with a strong sense of compliance.
· Excellent time management and multitasking skills, capable of prioritizing effectively to complete all tasks efficiently and on schedule.
· Able to work independently on both routine and unexpected assignments, while also proactively collaborating within a team, sharing information, and working toward common business goals.
· Proficient in using MS Office applications, able to efficiently handle document processing, data organization, and report preparation.
· Able to embrace and apply Disney culture in daily work.
