Job Description

In your new role you will:

1.Ownership of Assembly & Test yields improvements for Power IC, MOSFET,IGBT products at OSAT factories by working with FE (Fabs) and BE Engineering teams

2.Ability to work with internal and external customers on power IC product quality improvement & zero defect goals

3.Work with Technology Development, Divisions (Business units),Operations, Test Engineering, Packaging R&D and Quality teams to identify opportunities for cost reduction, yield/quality improvements and defect reduction on Power IC products at OSAT

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

1.BS, or MS in Electrical engineering, Electronic, Microelectronics, Physics, Material or equivalent field in engineering & science

2.More than 10 years experience dealing with Power devices (Power IC,MOSFET, IGBT, etc.) related to manufacturing, test, yield enhancement

3.Knowledge and experience in Statistical & Problem SolvingMethodologies & all electrical characteristics of Power IC, MOSFETs, IGBT, etc products

4.Excellent teamwork with good interpersonal skills (ability to work efficiently with multi-functional teams)

5.Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and ability to make presentations to management & customers)

6.Strong driver (assertive and results/goal oriented) (Must have)

7.Ability to initiate, lead and complete projects with minimum supervision to meet deadlines(Must have)
