资深经理，采购将负责领导和管理指定品类的采购与战略寻源运营，统筹并主导支持上海迪士尼度假区的各项举措。
该职位需提出并影响战略与优先级，持续优化采购寻源流程，确保在战略寻源过程中方法一致、分析质量与深度达标。
同时，须带领业务单元寻源项目，在不影响业务战略与绩效的前提下，降低总拥有成本（TCO）。
汇报关系：
向战略采购总监汇报。
核心职责
• 统筹并主导战略寻源项目，综合考虑所有业务驱动因素及其对运营、客户和竞争对手的影响。
• 进行总成本/供应链分析，制定项目预算，管理已批准预算，识别降低TCO的机会。
• 管理战略寻源全流程，包括市场评估、RFP与招标策略、变更管理及供应商绩效评估。
• 主导商品与服务的供应商谈判及合同拟定。
• 与上海迪士尼度假区业务利益相关方对接，深入理解寻源团队的关键驱动因素。
• 跨职能、跨业务挖掘协同机会。
• 参与度假区及业务单元规划流程。
• 领导现场供应商多元化项目，达成业务目标。
• 管理团队，推动内部技能与能力建设，拓展员工技能组合。
• 提供充分依据与背景，促成各方承诺。
• 联动全组织同事，优化整体绩效。
• 向总监及高管团队汇报寻源进展与成果，支持关键决策。
• 将战略转化为具体优先级、目标与行动计划。
• 协助总监与供应商合作，识别并解决问题、持续改进并挖掘降本机会。
• 与关键供应商、合作伙伴及政府机构建立/维护战略合作关系。
• 在度假区范围内示范最佳供应商管理及采购/供应链实践。
Title: Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing & Procurement
Description:
The Senior Manager, Sourcing & Procurement will be responsible for leading and managing operations of the Sourcing & Procurement of defined sets of categories. This individual
will be responsible for coordinating and leading initiatives to support the Shanghai Disney
land Resort.
The Senior Manager, Sourcing & Procurement will recommend ard influence strategies and priorities to establish and continually improve the process of sourcing and procurement. The senior manager will also ensure consistency in approach, the quality and depth of analysis, during the strategic sourcing process.
The Senior Manager, Sourcing& Procurement will be accountable for leading business unit sourcing initiatives that drive reductions in Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) without compromising business strategy and performance.
Reporting Relationship:
The Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing & Procurement will report to the Director,
Strategic Sourcing & Procurement.
Key Accountabilities
· Coordinate and lead strategic sourcing initiatives that consider all business drivers and their impact on operations, customers and competitors.
· Evaluate total cost/ supply chain management analyses to establish project budget, manage approved budget and identify opportunities to reduce TCO.
· Manage strategic sourcing processes, including market assessments, RFP and bid strategy development, change management as well as vendor performance assessment.
· Lead supplier negotiations and contract development for goods and services.
· Interface with Shanghai Disneyland Resort Business stakeholders to fully understand key drivers of sourcing group.
· Leverage synergy opportunities across functions and businesses.
· Participate in SHDL and BU planning process.
· Lead site Supplier Diversity program and meet business goal.
· Manage staff and drive internal skill/ capability development to broaden and build their skill sets and capabilities.
· Provide appropriate rationale and context to drive commitment.
· Engages colleagues across the organization to optimize performance.
· Communicate sourcing status and results to Director and executive team for key decision making.
· Translate strategy into specific priorities, objectives and action plans.
· Support Director in working with supp iers to help identify and resolve issues and improvements and cost savings opportunities.
· Build/ establish strategic relationships with key suppliers, partners, government agencies.
· Demonstrate best practice supplier management and sourcing/supply chain practice across SHDR.
