What You Will Do
•Guarantee the success of digital project execution via coordinating internal resources
•Support sales (Field/CAM/BD) on making digital technical proposal
•Establish digital project execution process to increase efficiency
•Provide digital solution development feedback
•Offer training and consultancy to fields of digital offerings and push sales to grasp digital opportunities
•Oversee digital new product development process, to ensure on-time delivery
•Understand digital deployment resource allocations and propose solutions to ensure fulfilment of projects
•Complete annual digital sales targets assigned through collaborating with sales team
•Evaluate digital sales funnels with platform experts in a holistic approach
•Communicate with global digital team frequently to facilitate digital localization and to report GC digital progress
•Early involvement of the NPI process with R&D /INST to identify the quality risk
•Work with R&D to own the adherence, execution, and performance of the design quality process
•Work with RA to ensure our product meets all kinds of standard tests and be compliance
•Be the key member of supplier qualification team with procurement include RM, PM, OEM
•Working with plant quality team on the process quality, reducing the defect and improving the FPF
•Handle the customer complaint both offline and online (ETQ), lead the investigation and owner the report as well as the CAPA
•Work with PMO/MPD on the product localization
•Utilize Digital and/or Analytical Tools and Data as a way of working and driving improvement
•Other projects and events working with global and region quality teams
