基本工作职能: Key Job Responsibility

As part of the Retail Finance BP team, you will partner with Channel Finance BPs and support key commercial stakeholders across functions to make strategic decisions driving Online / Offline channels’ growth for General Mills China.

Responsibilities include:

·       Prepare retail channels’ GTN report for monthly trade spending closing and perform variance analysis vs. forecasts.

·       Consolidate GTN and PNL reports for NKA and EC channels on monthly basis.

·       Monthly consolidate and validate retail channels’ sell-in targets for Mercury dashboard upload.

·       Support Channel Finance BPs on each channel’s business case value chain study.

·       Support annual customer contract terms review with comparison vs. last year for decisions making like trade term optimization and DT in & out, etc.

·       Partner with PMR Finance Lead and support cross functions for monthly product management review preparation, including new product development PNL simulation, NPD rolling forecast and actual review, etc.

·       Support portfolio management via quarterly PNL analysis by segment/category and annually PNL review by SKU.

·       Maintain brand and product hierarchy to ensure system reporting under correct portfolio.

·       Support continuous improvement for finance simulation model and finance data visualization.

·       Ad-hoc analysis and other work assigned.

工作经历/知识、技能和能力: Qualifications and skills:

The ideal candidate will be a highly analytical individual who is able to go beyond traditional FP&A duties and understand the business holistically, identifying key drivers and implementing solutions for business partners.

·       3+ years financial relevant work experience, including 1+ years Commercial Finance or FP&A experience in FMCG company. Good business sense, solid professional knowledge and business analysis experience.

·       Good communication skill in both English & Chinese

·       Skillfully use ERP (SAP is a plus), MS Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, chart making and analysis model establishment.

·       Experience with Power BI or other data visualization or analysis tools is a plus.

·       Good logical thinking ability, analytical ability and fast learning ability.

·       Proactive in work, strong work commitment and can work under pressure, good communication skill and teamwork ability.

·       Enthusiasm and experience in business process improvement, automation and standardization.

教育程度: Educational Requirements:

·       Bachelor’s degree in finance & accounting is preferred.

·       Professional finance qualification/s equivalent to CPA, CA, CIMA, ACCA is preferred.
