职位描述

R&D activities in creating innovative performance additives and waxes solutions, e.g. stabilizer, RBW. Focus on new chemicals development, testing protocols, and performance optimization.
Design and execute lab and scaling up experimental studies for development of new performance additives and waxes
Design and conduct samples preparation and analysis (GC, spectrophotometry, FTIR, ICP, TGA, titration etc.)
Evaluate experimental & analysis results, present solutions in verbal and tech documentation
Product expert activities in performance additives and waxes solutions
Support plant QC continuous improvement and new products development
Contribute to customer support, e.g. QNS treatment

任职条件

BSc or above in chemistry, polymer science, or related field
3+ years chemistry lab experience
Strong instrumental & chemical analysis skills
Statistical analysis
Technical writing
English as working language
