R&D activities in creating innovative performance additives solutions, e.g. stabilizers. Focus on new chemicals development, testing protocols, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with marketing, production, and regulatory affairs teams
Develop innovation project proposals based on market needs identified, Establish technical objectives, project timelines, and resource allocation
Monitor scientific advancements, regulatory changes, and market trends
Develop relationships with academic and industry partners
Manage intellectual property development and protection
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
Product expert activities in polymer additives
Lead new products development
Responsible for production support and customer support

任职条件

PhD in chemistry, polymer science, or related fields
3+ years chemistry R&D lab experience
Project management skills
English as working language
