Work with CIB Client Services and Client Lifecycle Management to analyze, evaluate and document OBKYC (onboarding and KYC) requirements
Managing implementation of OBKYC solutions, especially on integration using API with various HSBC internal systems like core banking
Managing the analysis and documentation of business process and IT processes
Engage with stakeholders and able to advise and support them on onboarding and KYC solution/product related queries or issues
Support and influence product owners / stakeholders to prioritize work; provide solutions, consultancy and support to satisfy global business needs
Risk identification, risk reporting and devising interventions to mitigating risks
Contribute to OBKYC BA team to create a high-performing, high-energy working environment and help develop junior BA or engineering members
Drive and encourage constructive cross-region teamwork through collaboration and co-operation
Work closely with architecture to ensure underlying implications of decisions are understood and to maintain strong collaborative relationships with the engineering and architecture teams.

Extensive expertise and knowledge in customer onboarding and KYC processes and CDD requirements
Extensive analysis and problem-solving skills, and experience in documenting user stories, functional/nonfunctional requirements
Work experience in global projects and with global teams and stakeholders
Experience in customer data related schema and API and integration development
Good domain knowledge in core banking and products
Professional English communication, presentation and writing skills; ability to convey requirements to developers in technical language
Good understanding and experience on SDLC, Agile and DevOps projects
Experience and practices on development and CICD are a plus
