- 负责CO 模块总体结账流程,编制业务报告,内外部报表对账,审计事宜, 以及管理层会议所需演示文档等
- 现金流报告、监控和预测
- 公司年度计划、预测、内外部报告和相关演示文档
- 固定资产折旧计划和预测值的计算
- 与税务协作确定股利分配方案,协调整个流程以确保顺利执行
- 相关成本中心预算控制和差异分析
- 明确公司战略和降本增效的目标,通过团队协作确保目标达成
- 协助完善公司成本控制流程的标准化和自动化
- 熟悉业务流程,为业务发展提供财务解决方案
- 与人力资源部和所有其他相关部门合作,完成人员和人员成本报告、控制、计划和预测,在优化人员结构,提高工作效率方面提供支持
- SAP 相关工作,比如: 成本中心, 利润中心,内部订单, 不同系统之间对应关系表维护, 相关测试等
- 年度存货盘点工作及相关流程改进
- 年度保险数据更新和报告
- 适应公司发展, 协助推动新业务, 实施新决方案
- 管理层交办的其他任务
- Overall process of period-end closing in CO module, preparing business reports, reconciliation between internal&external reporting figures, audit matters, as well as required presentation documents for management meetings and so on
- Cash flow reporting, monitoring, and forecast
- Annual business plan, current forecasts, internal & external reports and relevant presentation documents
- Fixed assets depreciation calculation for plan and forecast
- Collaborate with C/TXR to determine dividend distribution proposal and coordinate the entire process to ensure smooth implementation
- Budget control and variance analysis of assigned cost centers
- Align with company strategic objectives for cost reduction & efficiency improvement, ensuring goal achievement through cross-functional collaboration
- Assist in standardization & digitalization of controlling processes
- Familiar with business processes and provide financial solutions to business development.
- Collaborate with HR and all the other related department to finish personnel & personnel costs reporting, controlling, planning & forecast; support on work efficiency improvement & personnel structure optimization
- SAP related work for example: cost center, profit center, internal order, mapping tables maintenance between different system, related testing and so on
- Annual inventory stocktaking and related process improvement
- Annual insurance data update
- Adapt to the company development, and assist to enable new biz and implement new solutions
- Other tasks assigned by management
-财务管理/会计专业大学本科毕业或硕士毕业,具有5年以上相关经验优先-具备很好的PPT制作汇报能力及Excel大数据处理能力,有数字化经验者优先-具备流利的英语听、说、读、写能力
-有SAP使用经验者优先
-具备极好的沟通能力,能够承受压力及独立完成各项工作任务
-责任心强,工作细心、积极主动有耐心, 有较强的适应能力、自驱力和自我管理能力,对数据分析感兴趣,有一定战略思考能力
-具备积极向上乐观工作态度及对新事务的接受与学习能力,抗压能力强
- Bachelors’ or Master’s degree in Business management/Financing/Accounting, more than 5 years of relevant experience preferred
- Strong proficiency in presentation development and Excel data processing, digitalization experience preferred- Fluent English skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing ability
- SAP system experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work under pressure and complete tasks independently
- Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive and patient, strongly adaptive, self-motivated with self-management skills- Demonstrated analytical capabilities and strategic thinking aptitude
- Positive work attitude with strong adaptability and fast-learning abilities, able to handle high-pressure situations and embrace new challenges
