Main Responsibilities & Tasks:
•Support regular members to ensure the smooth running of the service business.
•Manage the delivery schedule according to when the equipment is available, the engineer's schedule, and the customer's availability, and arrange for the necessary tools and parts to complete the work.
•Manage all the back office commercial operations related to service business.
•Ensure effective communication between Sales, , Customer Services, Application and Finance team
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum requirements
•2-3 years’ experience as Sales support or Service support job
•PC skill (MS office, Excel, Word, PPT)
•Native-level Japanese
•Positive and proactive mindset
•Intermediate level of written English
Ideal requirements (additional to above requirement)
•Experience of service support in a global (non-Japanese) company
•Experience of SAP (ERP) operation
•Intermediate or above English Skills (speaking and listening)
