Responsibilities:

1.    Developing new ALKO products and new features to support business growth, as well as standardizing product designs and improving product quality to enhance product competitiveness. 开发新的ALKO产品和新功能以支持业务增长，同时标准化产品设计并提高产品质量以增强产品竞争力

2.    Follow PPM (Project and Portfolio Management) process to collaborate with cross-function teams on the NPD project execution, such as design schedule monitor and control, product design concept generation and feasibility analysis, prototype unit build and cost analysis, manufacturing assessment and verification, project gate reviews, etc. 遵循PPM（项目组合管理）流程，与跨职能团队合作执行新产品开发项目，例如设计进度监控和控制、产品设计概念生成和可行性分析、原型单元构建和成本分析、制造评估和验证、项目阶段评审等。

3.    Responsible for the series development of air handling unit (AHU) products, including the selection and design of key components (such as fans, motors, and coil designs), as well as performance calculation and testing validation of the complete unit and its components. 主要负责空调箱产品的系列化开发，包括关键零部件（如风机、电机）的选型与设计（如盘管设计），以及整机和零部件的性能计算与测试验证

4.    Document new product design data, deliver to COD team for order fulfillment, and provide necessary support. 记录新产品设计数据，交付给COD团队以完成订单，并提供必要的支持

5.    Complete associated tasks assigned by Line manager完成直线经理分配的相关任务

Qualifications:

1.    本科及以上学历，制冷空调教育背景；

2.    5年+相关工作经验，若有3 年暖通行业盘管设计或换热设备开发经验者优先。​

3.    熟悉空调箱及内部关键零部件的技术知识，了解空调箱相关标准和认证；

4.    熟练使用 CAD、SolidWorks 等设计软件，具备 CFD 仿真分析（如 ANSYS Fluent）或 FMEA 风险评估工具使用经验者优先；了解盘管生产工艺（如翅片冲压、铜管胀接、整体涂装）及行业标准（GB、AHRI、ISO 等）。​

6.    较强的数据分析与问题解决能力，能独立完成盘管性能测试与故障排查；有良好的沟通协调能力，可高效对接跨部门工作；工作严谨负责，具备创新意识，能适应研发项目节奏与技术迭代需求。​
