Reporting Line: VP of Engineering & Technology and dotted line report to ALKO Plant GM

Responsibilities:

1.    Take the full leadership on ALKO related products and technology development, as well as annual/quarterly product development plans to meet the market demand and align with company strategy 全面领导与ALKO相关的产品和技术开发，以及年度/季度产品开发计划，以满足市场需求并与公司战略保持一致。

2.    Work with associated functional teams to develop and refine ALKO product roadmap and technology roadmap, seek opportunity to continuously improve our marketing position on cost, quality and performance. 与相关职能团队合作，制定和完善ALKO产品路线图和技术路线图，寻求机会不断提升我们在成本、质量和性能方面的市场地位。

3.    Leading and managing AKLO related VAVE events and projects, with rigors on standard processes and delivery on quality. 领导和管理与ALKO相关的VAVE活动和项目，严格遵循标准流程并确保质量交付。

4.    Lead the team to achieve business goals, create and standardize technical guidance, provide support to the product development team, ensure the capability to design market-competitive products, and enhance the core competitiveness of ALKO's product technology带领团队实现业务目标，创建和标准化技术指导，为产品开发团队提供支持，确保设计出具有市场竞争力的产品，并增强ALKO产品技术的核心竞争力。

5.    Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations确保遵守行业标准和法规

6.    Other core projects/task assigned by Leadership team领导团队分配的其他核心项目/任务

Qualifications:

1.    本科及以上学历，机械工程、热能与动力工程、暖通空调（建环）、制冷工程等相关工科专业；硕士及以上学历优先。

2.    8 年以上暖通空调（如空调机组、末端设备、热泵等）或相关机电产品研发经验，其中 3 年以上研发团队管理经验，有新品从 0 到 1 落地、量产全流程经验者优先。

3.    熟悉国内外暖通空调行业技术趋势、市场需求及相关标准（如 GB、ISO、AHRI 等）；了解竞品特点。
