The Application Support Analyst is expected to:
· Responsible for quickly and effectively resolving incidents which impact business applications.

· Responsible for all sustain and maintain activities to keep business applications secured and reliable.

· Ensure excellent internal customer service through the application of customer support skills, business, and technical knowledge to triage, diagnose, troubleshoot, and escalate or resolve business application issues.

· Deliver on technical enquiries, proactively managing all application support issues, and maintaining the stability of solutions (security and performance management).

· Provide standardized documentation in support of changes (ALM best practices).

· Ensure smooth and effective operation of applications and 24x7 availability of the systems through careful monitoring of infrastructure, production processes, and automating procedures via scripting and performing permit-to-operate on each application release.

· Responsible for monitoring and responding to open tickets submitted through a services management system.

· Troubleshoot and escalate alerts that cannot be resolved to the appropriate department.

· Prioritize and handle service requests and incidents.

· Progress issues and provide relevant information for troubleshooting or for clarification.

· Responsible for improving and documenting the technical processes around application support.

· Work collaboratively with product owners on change requests, managing issues and establishing priorities.

· Provide tech support outside of regular working hours in exceptional circumstances, such as unexpected critical system failures.

· Ensure daily health checks are performed to maintain the performance of applications, scripts, and infrastructure.

Essential Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related technical/business discipline.
拥有计算机科学、信息系统或相关技术/商业学科的学士学位。
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in system development, systems analysis, application support, including experience working within multinational companies (MNCs).
具备至少5年系统开发、系统分析、应用支持经验,包括在跨国企业工作的经历。
· Excellent proficiency in English (CET-4 and above), with strong written and verbal communication abilities essential for supporting diverse, global teams and internal stakeholders.

· Hands-on experience with technologies including Win Server, .NET, C#, vb.net, SQL Server.

Desirable Requirements:
· Experience with development in contemporary tech stacks (e.g. AWS, Azure Cloud general skills).

· Proficiency in mainstream systems used in the manufacturing industry, preferably in the chemical fiber sector, including but not limited to MES, LIMS, Aspen, and IP21.

· Experience in the chemical or textile fiber manufacturing industry
