•Support new product development based on consumer insights, cost, process/package requirements and ensure regulation compliance;

•Support change & productivity product development for energy drink and hydration in Asia Bev;

•Be responsible for product stability test and shelf life study;

•Work with FSQA team, regulatory team, nutrition team and measurement sciences team to ensure the product design meet the company guardrail;

•Work with EXP team to support consumer research and exploration;

•Work with process team for trial run in pilot plant and scale up trial run in plant;

•Work with packaging team to ensure the product is stable in the certain pack format during shelf life;

•Follow with PepsiCo R&D guideline in documentation, including but not limited to Technical Stage Gate (TSG), Flavor guardrail, TPR and FSS documentation.

•Bachelor Degree or above in Food Science or Food Engineering, Chemistry related;

•Good communication skill include writing and speaking English;

•Solid skill and experience on bench top work in lab, above 3 years product development experience in beverage category is preferred;

•Demonstrate self-starter qualities with a positive, innovative, analytical & consumer centric mindset.
