Job Description

In your new role you will:

•Accountable for one global procurement categories/ or support categories, acting as main interface to OSATs. Support OSAT procurementas Subject Method Expert (SME) Collaborating closely with key internal stakeholders (e.g. Business Divisions, OSAT Segment) as well as other Procurement job sub-families.

•Defines, monitors and acts on related KPIs (e.g. savings, payment terms,etc.). Sources competitively in global markets, for best suppliers and solutions that fulfill Infineon‘s product & cost requirements, leading major, global negotiations & contracting.

•Applies best in class procurement methods, e.g. cost modelling,benchmarking, advanced negotiation methods, design for sourcing, monetized TCO, to enable comprehensive value analysis, negotiation events and decision making. Utilizes market intelligence to build resilient supply chains (incl. managing supply crises & recovery) and optimize the TCO.

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

•Experience working with OSATs (preferred)

•Experience in Assembly, Test and BE manufacturing processes

•Experience with contract management and contract process ownership

•Experience in Benchmarking, best practice sharing, business cases and product cost analysis

•Experience with quality management, PCN and change processes
