职位描述

Job Title: Purchasing IT Domain leader NA & SAPMENA zones - North Asia & South Asia Pacific Middle East North Africa

 

Purpose/Mission:

 

She / he will drive Purchasing Domain (direct and indirect purchasing) Group and Zone projects / demands across NA & SAPMENA countries

 

She / he will manage the business relationship with purchasing business process owners (direct and indirect purchasing) and needs to do animation with other IT team domains

 

Key Job Accountabilities:

* He/she supervises the performance of the service delivered during their end-to-end lifecycle, in coherence with business requirements, innovation stakes and the IT group cost management objectives.

* Manage and oversee the group wide application portfolio, drive effective usage and deployment cooperating with dedicated teams in the IT organization related to his/her domain / function

* Translate the IT master plan into an operational plan for the domain, including financial, human and material aspects,

* Liaise with all key business partners of the domain to manage the global lifecycle from idea to projects and applications lifecycle,

* Liaise with Domain Architect and Solution Expert for technical design and delivery of services,

* Supervise the solution and service delivery over its entire lifecycle from concept to retirement and in every deployed zones,

* Identify new global service catalog opportunity and new services taking into account market, benchmark, state of innovation developing IT vision/mission, roadmaps and policies including security and quality,

* Lead service improvement process ensuring the continuous improvement of end-to-end service,

* Define and review KPIs, metrics and SLAs and oversee performance,

* Understand and manage vendor contracts (Technical, Commercial and Legal aspects),

* Identify project risks and define action plans to mitigate.

* Rapidly acquires new knowledge on IT solutions and keeps constantly updated of technological opportunities in & market trends in his/her field

* Organizes at his/her level the relevant transmission of the technical and/or project management skills and "know how"

* Clarifies and simplifies technical concepts / solutions to facilitate action and decision making

* Listens actively to his partners/clients, to decode needs, qualify them properly and transform them in relevant solutions

* Takes change management and communication initiatives to facilitate the implementation of solutions and users satisfaction

 

ACTS WITH STRONG TRANSVERSAL MANAGEMENT SKILLS

* Ability to coach, challenge and develop teams in a cross functional environment and/or matrixed organization

* Manages efficient interactions with both internal and external contributors to win support

* Manages methodology, timing, budget and resource allocation on projects (independently of the role within the organization)

 

ACTS AS A PROACTIVE BUSINESS PARTNER

* Imagines and promotes alternative options/solutions to match client needs

* Understands the "big picture" of the business, the operating model, the processes, and the roles within the organizations

 

KNOWLEDGE OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT & METHODOLOGIES

* Knowledge of L'Oréal Project Management Methodologies (e.g. Agile)

* Understand approaches to define project steps and tools to set up action plans

* Rapidly acquires new knowledge on IT solutions and keeps constantly updated of technological opportunities & market trends in his/her field

 

Technical Competencies:

* Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP

* Experiencing multiple life-cycle implementations

* Very good project management skills (project management certification will be appreciated)

* Good knowledge of SAP SRM and MM module, including hands on configuration skills and knowledge of other SAP Modules

* Knowledge of Ariba is preferred

* Very good IT culture acquired on a complex and challenging environment

* Solid knowledge of end to end direct and indirect purchasing processes (From Sourcing to PR, PO, approval workflow, GR and IV, also on master data, including vendor, catalogue, PSL, etc…)
