•Leading and implement projects with customers in production and logistic area.

•Develop project management tools/methods according to customer demand.

•Hands-on experience in project management. e.g. NPI, production industrialization, factory/production line relocation.

•Above 5 years experiences in production, and leading at least 5 Project managements. Each project duration > 6 months, international project experience is highly appreciated.

•Efficient communication, ability to solve problem, to leading others, to overcome pressure.

•Good English speaking and writing, presentation skills are required.

•Knowledge of digitalization and logistics automation are highly appreciated.
