The Purpose Of The Job:
This role will convert complex market, customer and competitor data into actionable insights that shape our product mix, channel strategy, pricing and long-term growth plan. As the owner of the Net Promoter Score (NPS) KPI, you will be pivotal in understanding customer loyalty and driving improvements. You will serve as a critical link between the local market and HQ functions, ensuring global strategies are informed by local realities and local actions are aligned with global direction.

1.Market Intelligence & Growth Analysis1)Own the ongoing analysis and reporting of market growth, size, and share, providing a forward-looking view on market dynamics and opportunities.
2)Map the total addressable market (TAM) and its growth pockets: retail stores, hospital ENT departments, pharmacy chains, E-commerce and government tender.
3)Build and refresh quarterly market-size and share models by region, channel, price tier and customer segment; identify white-space opportunities.
4)Develop and maintain comprehensive market and customer segmentation models to guide targeted commercial strategies.
2. Competitive & Market Dynamics1)Conduct in-depth analysis of market and competitor dynamics, including pricing strategies, promotional activities, new product launches, and distribution changes.
2) Maintain a 360° competitor file: product specs, price lists, channel contracts, promo calendars, reimbursement status, M&A rumors.
3) Issue a monthly “Early-Warning Brief” on business related disruptive moves.
3. Customer Voice & Loyalty
1) Own the end-to-end management of the Net Promoter Score (NPS) program, from data collection and analysis to insight generation and action-plan tracking.
2) Run structured VoC (voice-of-customer) programs with audiologists, retail owners and end-users; translate pain points into product, service and pricing recommendations.
3) Present NPS results and customer loyalty insights to senior leadership and HQ, advocating for customer-centric decisions.
4. HQ & Cross-Functional Collaboration
1) Closely work with HQ functions to align market intelligence priorities and integrate China's insights into the global planning cycle.
2) Proactively communicate key market findings, competitive threats, and strategic recommendations to HQ partners to influence global strategy.

More about you
1. Bachelor’s degree or above
2. At least 8 years experience in market intelligence, strategic planning or business development. Consulting or Market Research experience is preferred.
3. Strong business analysis skills with a proven ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies that drive revenue growth.
4. Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese, with excellent communication skills in a bilingual environment.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite; advanced expertise in Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
6, Skilled in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and compelling manner.
