•Actively participate in defining and refining IAM sales strategies, translating business priorities into executable actions.
•Resource management(sales force, sales budget, etc.,), and make sure the effectiveness of the resource.
•Partner closely with the sales team to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and ensure consistent execution.
•Analyze sales data and market insights, track performance KPIs, and provide actionable recommendations.
•Maintain, optimize, and leverage CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to improve data accuracy, usability, and business impact.
•Develop and monitor sales dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
•Collaborate cross-functionally (marketing, finance, supply chain, product teams) to align strategies and secure business growth.
•Support sales enablement initiatives by building tools, guidelines, and processes that enhance team effectiveness.
•Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
•Proven 3 years’ experience in sales operations, channel management, business analysis, or commercial excellence, preferably in automotive aftermarket or related industries.
•Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at different levels.
•Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
•Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
