1. Manage import/export operational process comply to all related regulations & company's procedures  

2. Keep closely monitor the shipment status to meet business requirement  

3. Provide accurate shipping status for review timely and solve the issues with quick response 

4. Manage the forwarder to ensure the shipping accuracy and integrity, regular reporting forwarder's performance 

5. Build the good communication with local government to issue the mandatory DG license

6. Provide the accurate and timely data on export tax rebate business 

7. Have the closely connection with sourcing, planning, warehouse and supplier to ensure the import/export deliveries go smoothly

8. Manage the monthly reconciliation and settlement of supplier's services and expenses 

1. More than 8 years import/export work experience and manufacturing experience would be preferred 

2. Have the background in dealing hazardous chemicals would be preferred 

3. Have good command on data analysis/tool 

4. Fluent writing/reading/speaking skill in English 

5. Skillful operation of SAP system

6. Have good communication with people and sense of teamwork
