Job Summary:
Logistic controlling for logistic cost, LSP bill management and inventory monitoring to make sure logistic cost effiecncy and performance achievement in all VM-CN plants with actively leading acitivitied in daily deviation indetification, measures definition and fulfillment tracking. As business consultant for logistic operational team and partner of controlling team in monthly business report analysis, planning base revaluation and target deployment during forecast period (BP/CF/Evob).
Apply data analysis method and low coding tools development for responsible topics to continuously improve on efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
1, Lead user department for logistic controlling topics (Budget, HC, Inventory, logistic cost, etc) in planning period (BP, CF, Evob) to conduct bottom-up planning, define suitable planning approach with necessary input details, based on consolidated bottom up by plants/ value streams, deep dive analysis with structure changes and OR in order to deploy potential target for yearly KPI results fulfillment.
2, monthly MBR closing: Pipeline, scrap, special freight, SAP booking for cost accrual and reversal, finalize MBR with cooperation from CTG; As topic owner of above relevant topics, daily tracking and monitor standard process execution.
3, Standard logistic performance analysis and report on time and qualified submission according to monthly business results, e.g. LOG Dashboard related PBIs, Value stream C&D, PEO report, OKR, PDex, etc;
4, Deviation identification from MBR and actively drive user department for reaction to do as measures or risks, with Risk and Opportunity analysis, prognosis of KPI achievement with bridge.
5, Logistic service provider management, define and continuously CIP on PO, bill verification and payment process, lead bill specialist to execute standard process.
6, Process governance of special transport arrangement, return, scarp, credit / debit, conduct regular mitigation control to make sure standard execution.
7, Controlling process improvement and digitization via Power BI, Power Query, VBA etc
8, Consulting to stakeholders from different functional departments for responsible topics.
1, Bachelor’s degree or above in financial controlling/ Supply chain management / business administration / Accounting;
2, At least 5 years experiences in supply chain management or logistic planning or plant controlling, experienced with automotive industry preferred;
3,Financial controlling / accounting know how, planning basic understanding. Problem solving; cost efficiency. Advance PBI/VBA, basic data analytic. Initiative and cooperative mindsets, work independently under fast paced
