1. Deploy Ecolab’s global Supplier Quality program in Greater China.

2. Work with contract manufacturers and suppliers to resolve complaints and non-conformances through the supplier corrective action request (SCAR) system.

3. Build quality performance monitoring and manage supplier improvement programs.

4. Assess potential new suppliers through on-site and remote audits and inspections.

1. Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Food Science, or related field with strong Chemistry component.

2. Ten or more years of experience managing quality systems with three in a related industry.

3. Has authority to requisition supplies and services critical to the quality function.

4. Good team spirit, effective communication and skilled conflict management.

5. Positive, result oriented and positive thinking.

6. Proficient in English and Microsoft Office suite software.
