This role is the Business Lead that comprises the following key responsibilities:
•Program Management: Lead the end-to-end implementation of the TPM system in partnership with key stakeholders from Markets and Operating Entities (OEs), ensuring timely and successful execution while aligning with business objectives
•Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Finance, IT, and other key stakeholders to gather requirements, define business processes, and drive system adoption
•System Integration: Work with IT teams and vendors to ensure seamless integration of TPM with existing ERP, CRM, and analytics platforms
•Training & Change Management: Provide inputs on training programs, change management & upskilling activities, and communication strategies to ensure smooth user adoption and minimize disruption to business operations
•Data Management & Analytics: Partner with Data & Analytics stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, reporting, and analytics capabilities within the TPM system to support business decision-making
•Issue Escalation: Serve as an escalation point from market teams up to the global SRM team and leadership teams
•Continuous Improvement: Monitor and measure program rollout success factors, gather feedback, and recommend enhancements to maximize efficiency
As a leader of the Trade Promotion Management deployment, the role collaborates closely with GMs, Sales Heads, CFOs, local SRM and Sales Finance leaders to deliver against the value creation plan in OEs
Context and Scope
•This role will serve as a conduit between the Global Pet Nutrition SRM (C&TP) Team and local market / deployment teams, ensuring overall TPM deployment success via stakeholder management, risk management and mitigation, status reporting, and overall ownership of TPM delivery success metrics for Asia market TPM rollout
•This role will serve as an advocate for local market teams / OEs into the overall program governance structure, collecting and communicating key dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions that affect the overall global TPM program
•It is expected that this role will need to pivot among multiple markets within a global region, balancing the needs of multiple market teams in parallel, therefore the ability to balance competing priorities is a must

•Integrated project planning across several workstreams and business functions
•Identification & prioritization of key program dependencies
•This role interacts and aligns across all functions of the organization to drive the full execution of trade promotion management system software. This role will collaborate with senior global stakeholders and Mars Operating Entity leadership teams to deliver enterprise internal and external KPIs
•Influencing and Stakeholder management are critical to the success of this role
•This role will require strong collaboration across Regional CIO Organization, global product teams, IT teams data & analytics teams, and business teams
