Job Title: Service Coordinator Intern

Location: On-site (Shanghai Office)

Work Schedule: 2 days per week

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive intern to support the ASML Shanghai CS CV CN Ops - Service Operations team. This role is ideal for a bachelor student who is eager to gain hands-on experience in service operations, data analysis, and business support. You will assist in streamlining reporting tasks, cleansing data, and supporting coordination efforts across multiple stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:

Assist in data cleansing and formatting for various report generation.

Help track and maintain key information of machines, contract, parts and labors, etc.

Prepare and organize meeting materials for internal reviews.

Provide commercial support in delegated tasks such as quotation tracking, and acceptance preparation, fapiao delivery, to global customers.Requirements:

Bachelor student.

Available to work on-site 2 days per week.

Fluent in English, CET4 is preferable.

Proficient in basic Excel functions.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully.

Good communication skills and willingness to learn.

Responsible and reliable with a proactive attitude.

Good time managementPreferred Skills (Nice to Have):

Experience in data analysis or reporting.

Understanding of service coordinator or business operations.What You’ll Gain:
