What you’ll do:
We are looking for a dynamic Lead Decisioning Engineer to take charge of building a robust Marketing Decisioning Platform from the ground up. This role demands a seasoned professional with extensive experience in developing and scaling real-time decisioning engines, managing Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices, and leading high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering scalable and resilient enterprise-scale projects, with an emphasis on innovative problem-solving.
- Architect and develop a scalable Marketing Decisioning Platform that supports enterprise-level marketing strategies and operations.
- Lead the design and implementation of real-time decisioning engines that can handle high transaction volumes while ensuring low latency and high availability.
- Oversee SRE practices to streamline deployment, monitoring, and scaling of the decisioning platform, ensuring operational excellence and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, data science, and marketing, to define requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Mentor and lead a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical challenges, ensuring optimal system performance and reliability.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Explore and integrate Agentic AI technologies and methodologies to enhance decision-making capabilities within the platform
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in building and scaling real-time decisioning engines for enterprise applications.
- Strong expertise in software development, system architecture, and data engineering.
- Proven experience in managing SRE practices, including reliability, monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in mentoring and developing engineering teams.
