E-COMMERCE SALES AND CHANNEL MANAGEMENT
· Achieve sales target by close cooperation with channels and TP/distributor and strive for more resources and traffic.
· Manage campaign phasing and products strategy for domestic and cross-border business on VIP to achieve operation synergy and sales growth.
· Work closely with cross-function team and TP to enhance synergy and work efficiency.
· Provide analysis and action plans based on KPI relating but not limited to sales performance, traffic, conversion, AOV, and consumer behavior.
· Customize merchandising plan (incl. engagement mechanism, special offers, consumer approach…) based on marketing calendar, consumer insights and JD market trend.
· Optimize daily operations leveraging multiple resources (sales reports, merchandising reports, campaign report, consumer insight …)
E-COMMERCE LOCAL OPERATIONS
· Work with TP and optimize store assets including store page, product window picture/PDP/Landing page based on historical performance to increase CTR and consumer journey.· Update rolling sales forecast by SKU according to product strategy, in particular new launches, samples and promotional items (GWP…) based on stock and sales trend.
· Manage channel stock based on historical performance and business projection on SKU level.
· Responsible for orders and products deliveries to TP/EC platform warehouse.
· Other internal relevant process affairs
Channel Project Communication
· Explore business opportunities in VIP ecosystem and JD cross-border ecosystem, such as VIP SVIP, JD campus channel, etc, develop solid plan and objectives.
· Responsible for cooperative campaign/project in JD and VIP, such as channel IP, cross-category campaign etc
· Monitor and track competitors’ campaign and performance on channels, also the platform latest trends, and regularly output with readable reports.
Strong business sense with experience in EC operation
Good communication and platform management skills
Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
3+ years of hands-on experience in E-commerce account management
Experience with JD/VIP or cross-border EC business management is a plus
Bachelor’s degree or above
