主要职责
Main Duties
1.确保工程部高效运行，为其他部门运行提供支持，维护所有操作，设备，楼宇，园林和后勤中心处于良好状态。
To Ensure the efficient and economic operation of the Engineering Department in support of all other operating Departments, supplying services as required to the entire operation, and maintaining equipment, building, grounds and Back of House in optimum condition.
2.作为凯悦技术服务团队的代表，需要检查酒店建设的项目，并有规划的向凯悦国际技术服务团队汇报酒店项目的进程。
Acts as a Hyatt International Technical Services (HITS) representative in reviewing on-site construction activities and informing HITS of the progress of these activities in a regular manner.
3.确保部门行政管理的顺畅运行及保持一个高效及时的档案系统，该系统应根据酒店的政策和程序对修缮、保养及能源管理提供完整的支持记录。
Make sure that all documents related to the operation of the department are being kept up to date and that all records are correctly maintained and filed, including the applicable code compliance certificates and local authority inspection reports for the property and its systems.
4.确保工程活动与工程公司的战略一致, 并且酒店的行为被适当实施。
Ensure that the Engineering activities are aligned with the Engineering Corporate Strategy, and that the Hotel Actions have been implemented where appropriate.
5.建立和定期检修包括厨房和洗衣房在内的所有酒店设施
Develops and implements a comprehensive preventive maintenance programme for all equipment in the hotel, including kitchen and laundry.
6.向总经理建议有待改善的运营操作。
Advises the General Manager of potential improvements to the operation.
7.严格监控公共能耗, 确保所有酒店部门采用最适宜的使用方式，及时告知总经理可减少能量消耗的事项。
Controls and monitors closely all utility consumption, to ensure optimum energy usage by all departments in the Hotel, notifying the General Manager of areas of utility wastage that could be reduced/eliminated.
8.确保设备节能, 告知总经理应被替换的耗能设备。
Maximises the energy efficiency of all equipment, notifying the General Manager of energy-inefficient equipment that should be replaced.
9.全面负责酒店建筑、客房及公共区域的维护和革新。
Assumes full charge of building maintenance and guestroom and public area renovations.
10.确保工程部员工与其他部门友好灵活相处，贯彻“我们群策群力”的凯悦文化
Makes sure that Engineering associates work in a supportive and flexible manner with other departments, in a spirit of “We work through Teams”.
11. 监督协作工程部新员工的招募与遴选，根据酒店的指导原则聘用有竞争力的员工
Oversees and assists in the recruitment and selection of all Engineering associates. To follow hotel guidelines when recruiting and use a competency-based approach to selecting their associates.
12.根据酒店，行业和公司的指引，对工程部职能的改变做出反应
Responds to changes in the Engineering function as dictated by the industry, company and hotel.
