What you will do:
Software Development Project Management
- SW Project planning (Time/Priority/Resource/Cost planning)
- Task tracking and execution, including daily/weekly meetings with teams
- Communication and coordination with partners ODM/OEM/JDM
- Bug statistics and assignments via daily or weekly scrum meetings.
- Hardware integration coordination (with partners JDM/ODM/OEM team).
- Handling emergency issues related to products during customer usage/manufacturing.
- Working with partners to identify project schedule/cost.
- Judgement on the critical path of project.
To Be Successful You Will Have:
- Familiar with the software development (Agile and waterfall) process and integration sequence in electromechanical co-development products.
- Proficient in breaking down software development tasks and coordinating with hardware development activities for integration.
- Experience in managing embedded software product development projects, with expertise in hardware integration management.
- Extensive experience in software project management, coordinating various teams according to processes, including bug tracking and resolution.
- Collaboration with hardware teams for project integration.
6. Familiar with daily operation on the JIRA and related SW project management software tools.
7. Work experience for master’s degree with 5+ years or bachelor’s degree with 8+ years
8. Glad to working onsite with partners
9.Fluent in English, especially good at oral speaking.
