项目协调员
项目协调员是促进不同团队协作以解决挑战、达成成果的关键角色。该岗位需引导团队成员聚焦协同一致的项目目标,推动华特迪士尼幻想工程(Walt Disney Imagineering, WDI)所有团队间的设计整合工作。协调员需领导并协调 WDI 各专业领域的团队,确保从概念设计、项目实施、设施安装到项目收尾的全流程中,设计方案连贯统一、项目执行高效有序。
项目协调员需与所有团队保持清晰、一致的沟通,定期同步项目进度、待办事项、面临挑战及解决方案等信息;需识别生产流程中潜在的风险或冲突,与相关方协作制定解决方案,以确保符合迪士尼的 “创意卓越” 标准;同时负责监督项目范围的制定与管理,跟踪业主及承包商提供的物资,并指导生产与安装工作。
工作职责
- 基于过往经验,主导独立且明确的项目中与工作范围相关的所有事务(项目规模与复杂度需与个人经验匹配)
- 协调并整合项目信息,对接内外部机构,包括项目团队、创意与设计工作室、运营部门、市政机构、供应商及承包商
- 负责制定并记录范围清单,推动各团队执行项目策略、制作实体模型及完成交付成果矩阵
- 与项目负责人协作,确保人员配置、项目进度计划及各专业工作的整合协同
- 收集并核实编制《项目程序手册》(Project Program Book)所需的各类信息
- 汇编、验证并核对项目数据,包括关键节点交付成果及项目文件
- 组织团队讨论(含头脑风暴与策略制定会议),确保项目范围与预算保持一致
- 确保各专业团队准确理解概念设计,以便开展成本估算、计划制定、深化设计及落地实施工作
- 参与制定《项目资本授权申请》(Project Capital Authorization Requests),推动完成详细产品线估算
- 监督项目策略的执行情况及风险缓解措施的落实
- 与项目导师协作,牵头制定并实施外部供应商采购生产物资的范围文件,包括供应商审核、合同授予及合同管理
- 为所有生产类团队协调 “测试与调整”(Test & Adjust)及质量保证流程
- 监督施工、生产、安装及景点调试所需物资的现场到货情况
- 准备并参与面向高管层的项目汇报(内容涉及项目设计与进度),需凭借判断力合理筛选汇报内容
- 担任国内外考察行程的联络人,负责安排特殊事宜、工作会议及行程后勤
- 协调外部媒体需求及特殊项目,包括为媒体与音乐部门安排小规模媒体拍摄
- 开展研究以支持创意开发,研究内容包括(但不限于)历史资料、艺术作品、图像素材、建筑参考案例
- 为项目团队制定会议及沟通事项的优先级
- 协调变更管理相关信息,明确问题所在,并形成正式建议方案以推动决策落地
- 在既定计划框架内,自主决定工作交付成果及流程的优先级
- 自信处理项目日常规划决策;若遇到偏离项目目标或进度计划的问题及建议,需与其他项目负责人商议后确定最终解决方案
- 与其他项目负责人协作,负责项目范围管理、外部供应商招聘,以及各专业领域的正式投标文件编制
- 担任项目团队的沟通与协作核心
- 通过沟通交流、项目汇报及清晰的书面文件,与项目相关的各级管理层、项目合作方、咨询顾问及供应商建立联系
- 与各部门的工作室负责人及团队负责人对接,同步进度计划推进情况、所需设计输入及设计里程碑完成情况,以提升项目透明度与效率

Project Coordinator
The Project Coordinator is the catalyst that brings different teams together to solve challenges and cultivate results. This position focuses team members on the coordinated project goals and drives integration of design among all Walt Disney Imagineering teams. They lead and align teams across all WDI disciplines, ensuring a cohesive design and project execution from concept through implementation, installation, and project close-out. The Project Coordinator maintains clear, consistent communication with all teams, providing regular updates on project status, action items, challenges, and solutions. This position identifies potential risks or conflicts in the production process and collaborates with stakeholders to develop solutions that uphold Disney’s Creative Excellence. They oversee the creation and management of scopes, tracks owner & contractor furnished items, and guides production and installation efforts.
What You Will Do
- Lead all aspects of a scope of work on a self-contained and defined project of appropriate size and complexity based on previous experience
- Coordinate and integrate project information with internal and external organizations including project team, creative and design studios, operations, municipalities, vendors, and contractors
- Own responsibility for the development and documentation of scope lists, executing project strategies, mock-ups, and deliverables matrices across all teams
- With Project Lead, ensure integration of personnel, project schedules, and project disciplines
- Assemble and verify information needed for the development of the Project Program Book
- Compile, validate, and reconcile project data including gate deliverables and project documentation
- Facilitate team discussions (brainstorming and strategy development sessions) to align the scope with the budget
- Ensure that concept designs are accurately captured and understood by project disciplines in order to estimate, plan, and further design and implement
- Participate in the development of Project Capital Authorization Requests including driving the completion of detailed product line estimates
- Monitor the implementation of project strategies and risk mitigations
- Lead efforts (in collaboration with the Project Mentor) to develop and implement scope documents for all production items purchased from external vendors, including vetting, awarding, and managing contracts
- Coordinate Test & Adjust and Quality Assurance procedures for all production-based teams
- Oversee on-site arrival of materials needed to construct, produce, install, and commission attractions
- Prepare and participate in presentations to executive management regarding project design and status using judgment and discretion to determine content
- Be the liaison for domestic and/or international research trips including any special arrangements, work sessions, and logistics
- Coordinate outside media requests and special projects including small-scale media shoots for Media & Music
- Conduct research in support of creative development including (but not limited to) historical content, artwork, imagery, architectural reference.
- Set priorities of the project team for meetings and communications
- Coordinate Change Management information, define problems, and formalize recommendations for decision resolution
- Have discretion to prioritize work deliverables and processes within agreed-upon plans
- Be confident in making decisions on day-to-day planning of projects; issues and recommendations that deviate from project objectives or schedule would be reviewed with other project leaders for final resolution
- Partner with other project leaders in owning the scope and hiring outside vendors as well as the professional bid package for all project disciplines
- Be the center of communication and collaboration for the Project Team
- Connect with all levels of management within the project environment, with project partners, consultants, and vendors through conversation, presentation, and clear written correspondence
- Connect with Studio Leaders and team Leads across divisions relative to status updates of schedule progress, required design inputs, and completion of design milestones, in support of visibility and efficiency
- Facilitate relationships through interpersonal communication
