Line Manager:Beauty Hair Marketing Director (Jin Hang)
Business Context and Main Challenges of the Job:
1. The Senior Brand Marketing Manager is the owner of the Brand/Product Line in the National Business Unit for LUX Hair & DOVE Hair.
2.Leads the development of the national Brand Marketing Plan, within the category plan guidelines, to meet company goals.
3. Leads a multifunctional team to implement the plan in the market place and monitors performance of the support plans.
4. Participates in various cross-functional teams – CMI, CSP, DDM/Media, Sales Team, Finance and externally with local agencies such as PR, Social, Media agencies for various consumer & customer activations.
Main Accountabilities:
1. BRAND VISION PLAN (BVP)
- Takes the BVP and translates it into the BMP.
2. BRAND MARKETING PLAN
-Leads integrated Brand Marketing Plan development and deployment:
- Brand audit, Jobs to be done, 8Q activity plans, Scorecards
- Proposes brand campaigns & activities with measurable objectives
- Provides input to volume forecasting, financial updates and monitors key indicators and drivers of brand performance (6P’s)
- Monitors brand performance to implement appropriate plan changes.
- Responsible for the brand P&L esp Topline and profitability improvement on Gross margin with precise BMI management.
- Support channel marketing strategy development and identify relevant close-the-loop MKT solutions; Engage with key customers alongside CSP.
- Develop Brand Communication Strategy with budget plan which should cover owned/paid/earned media plan for brand building, product new launch campaigns & always on seeding with measurable objectives; ensure plan well landing with KPI delivery
- Helps coaching team in Brand Building skills and competencies

Experience required:
1.Minimum 7 years relevant experience in Brand Building and/ or Development, incl at least 3-year BB experience
2.Business planning and implementation experience as well as project management.
3.Omni channel management esp E-commerce esp Social commerce experience
4.Lead teams and maturity to managing stakeholders
