Strategize and design an integrated and efficient trade marketing plan based on the brand promise and desired consumer shopping experiences in accordance with company policy
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to maximize the effectiveness of Goodyear’s trade marketing plan
Advise on pricing promotions taking into account market dynamics led by e-commerce platform
Propose and execute cross-channel consumer promotions
Drive efficient customized promotion plan based on consumers' shopping experiences, brand promise and company policy.
Streamline & optimize BTL (below-the-line) activities eg. seminars and roadshows, including concept and content, process, materials, and execution. Ensure the activities are efficient and consistent with brand guidelines and company policy
Analyze product pricing and consumer promotion programs in the market, including competitor promotion information
Collect and analyze consumer data with a focus on the consumer shopping journey
Provide guidance and governance to channel partners and related sales teams for key initiatives including product launches and promotional acitivies
· Above 7 years working experiences
· Minimum 4 years of sales or retail experience.
· Auto industry or FMCG background would be preferred.
