Drive high-quality project management in AT: collaborate across departments and international projects, maintain close communication and collaboration with departments such as purchasing, quality, research and development, production, and logistics, and coordinate human resources, budgets, and other resources across projects.

•Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. PMP certification is highly desirable. (Other relevant certs: PgMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, PRINCE

2).

•6+ years of experience in project management, with 3+ years of experience specifically in a PMO leadership or governance role, 3+ years of experience in project purchasing is preferred.

•5+ years of professional cost analysis experience, be able to explore and implement the full potential cost savings, including design, processes etc. Familiar with Assembly Technology related material group cost reduction experience is preferred, including machining, die-casting, injection molding, chains/belts, motors, gearboxes, etc.

•Strong communication skills and full professional proficiency in English.

•具有成熟的沟通技巧和流利的英语。
