What will be your key responsibilities?
•To design right NPD speed to market process & right portfolio successful picture in omni channel;
•To lead national wide campaign fitting to both of brand image building and category growth driving oriented
•To drive category growth and enable conversion across point of sales with channel focus.
•Develop by channel growth strategy, connecting brand/content/innovation initiatives
•Seamlessly connect with and empower region FLS / NCD with omni-channel marketing expertise.
•As channel Expertise Hub: Provide guidance and standard by respective channel across portfolio/promotion/merchandizing/digital conversion.
•Develop high-engaged and capable NCM teams, build talent pipeline.
