Formulate TPM management policies and related documents, and organize the implementation of relevant procedures. 2. 根据管理层界定的关键设备清单，对指定生产设备实施全员生产维护（TPM）计划，并协调相关的改造或投资项目。Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs for designated production equipment according to the key equipment list defined by management, and coordinate related modification or investment projects.
3. 引入精益生产和预防管理理念。Introduce the concepts of lean production and preventive management.
4. 管理关键产线和核心设备的全面生产维护（TPM）活动，包括：TPM审计、纠正性维护（CM）与预防性维护（PM）计划、持续改善（Kaizen）活动规划、关键备件采购计划、指标跟踪及报告等。Manage TPM activities for key production lines and core equipment, including: TPM audits, corrective maintenance (CM) and preventive maintenance (PM) plans, continuous improvement (Kaizen) activity planning, critical spare parts procurement plans, performance tracking and reporting, etc.
5. 积极参与和协调VSM（跨生产及其他部门）活动（SSQDC上午会议，维护操作协调，改善计划，供应商工作…）。Actively participate in and coordinate VSM activities across production and other departments (SSQDC morning meetings, maintenance operation coordination, improvement plans, supplier work, etc.)。
6. 根据需求及管理决策，推进设备维修、改造或采购项目的实施
Promote the implementation of equipment repair, modification, or procurement projects according to needs and management decisions.
7. 监督公司内项目/维护工作的实施，确保供应商遵守所有内部通用规范及HSE准则，并按时交付符合技术规格要求的项目成果（包括最终验收流程）。Supervise the implementation of project/maintenance work within the company, ensuring that suppliers comply with all internal general specifications and HSE guidelines, and deliver project results that meet technical specifications on time (including the final acceptance process).
8. 通过持续推行TPM, 企业能够显著降低设备故障率，预防潜在问题，从而提高整体生产效率和设备使用率。By continuously implementing TPM, the company can significantly reduce equipment breakdown rates, prevent potential problems, and thus improve overall production efficiency and equipment utilization.
