Job Summary： 

As a Refrigeration Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering engineering efforts, driving technical excellence, innovation, and project delivery. Responsibilities: 

1. Technical Expertise & Innovation:

• Provide hands-on technical expertise in HVAC systems and resolve complex engineering challenges.
• Promote a culture of innovation through R&D initiatives, patents, and adoption of emerging technologies.
• Analyze competitor technologies and industry trends to drive strategic advancements.
• Understand long-term technology roadmaps, balancing performance, cost, and sustainability goals.

2. Project Delivery & Collaboration:

• Lead or participate in engineering design work against complex challenges.

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with business goals and foster continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC&R, or Thermodynamics.
• 5+ years of chiller design experience in HVAC&R system design, demonstrating extensive knowledge of refrigeration cycles and thermodynamics. (Water cooled chiller design experience preferred)
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve complex engineering challenges.
• Forward-thinking mindset with a focus on innovation.
• Strong communication skills, fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Programming language experience preferred

Travel Requirement: 5–10% (domestic and international).
