Main Purpose of this role: summary
Develop category growing strategy in E-commerce channel in terms of category definition, vision, drivers, key JBTD, 618/D11 promotion landing and brand campaign execution working with cross functions.
Lead category & channel operation excellence and dynamic resource management to ensure business delivery from top line to bottom line
1. Volume hunting.
- Drive significant growth in EC channel,take ownership on every channel-related matters and always eager to learn and tackle with challenges.
- Forecast and deliver topline sales via close cooperation with planning team
- Lead channel-related activity,mechanism design,budget management,through portfolio & mechanism mix,effective budget control,cross-function communication to support business delivery.
2. Cross function cooperation.
- Work with cross function team to make business smooth and coordicate resources allocation.
- Drive big bet scale up strategy for 618/D11 with dedication for EC channel with cooperation with cross function teams.
3. Channel Definition & Priority
- Work with sales to optimize performance media outcome and shopper in-site experience to drive better business performace.
- Lead channel specific portfolio design and landing strategy, choose fit for channel products and eager to push cross-function to create or cooperate closely to deliver.
4. Channel focus project management
- Lead and work with cross function to unlock new business opportunity and lead project timeline, to systematecally organize and deliver project outcomes
Requirements:
- Prefer EC experience, e.g., EC (JD/ALI/DY/PDD)
- Ownership & Responsibility
- 3 years+ FMCG working experience
- Good communication and business acumen
