• Category Management and Innovation:
o Support BM on category development of Knorr dry seasoning category, develop and own the product portfolio roadmap for the China market.
o Oversee brand development and leading projects to ensure timely and complete delivery of innovations.
o Identify key issues and opportunities through data analysis, translating market data, trade, and consumer insights to assist in strategy building.
• Brand Building and Communication:
o Responsible for NPD communication plan and assets development, including POSM design, PMG selling story, tasting recipe development, etc.
o Create communication plans for selected product portfolios.
o Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of communication activities.
• Project Management:
o Collaborate closely with customer marketing, field sales, instore activation teams, finance, R&D, supply chain, market research, legal, regulations, execution agencies, and design agencies.
o Prepare materials for instore activities.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of marketing experience in the FMCG industry, especially in food and beverage.
• Proven brand development skills with a strong track record in innovation (0-1 innovation experience required).
• Balanced strategic, analytical, and creative skills.
• Passion for high performance and recognized as a talent catalyst.
• Strong business acumen and knowledge of innovation process management.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and influencing skills, solution-oriented.

• Fluent in English.
