We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of CONSULTANT SPECIALIST.

Business: CTO Infrastructure

Principal responsibilities

1. Technical leader of Full stack development with business analysis mindset and capability.
2. Collaborate cross-functionally and global teams to deliver new features and products with reliability and timeliness.
3. Lead Agile and DevOps-driven development cycles, including planning, coding, testing, and continuous integration/delivery (CI/CD).
4. Mentor and guide team members, conduct code reviews, and promote engineering excellence and best practices.
5. Drive architectural decisions, ensuring robust, secure, and maintainable solutions aligned with business goals.

1. Proven experience in backend development in one or more programming languages, e.g., Python (preferred), Java.
2. Solid expertise in JavaScript and modern frontend frameworks (Vue.js, React).
3. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and knowledge of architectural patterns for scalability, fault tolerance, and resilience in cloud-native environments.
4. Deep knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
5. Proficient in SQL/NoSQL database (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis) with a focus on query performance, indexing and troubleshooting.
6. Strong knowledge of observability (metrics, logs, and traces) and corresponding tools/frameworks, e.g., Prometheus, Grafana and OpenTelemetry.
7. Experience with automation tools and scripting (Ansible, Terraform) for operational efficiency and reliability.
8. Strong analytical, design, and problem-solving skills; able to work independently and as part of a team under pressure.
9. Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English, with the ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
