POSITION OVERVIEW:

Research and create new product definitions, including developing business case proposals, product strategies and taking products to RTM

·      Analyze key end-equipment in automotive, industrial, and consumer space to identify future trends, and opportunities for improving performance and adding value to these systems.

·      Contribute to the short- and long-term roadmap and work with marketing team on how-to-sell strategy.

·      Assess and negotiate IC development tradeoffs with design team and customers.

·      Define silicon validation plan, hands on silicon evaluation based on system know-how and related documentation work.

·      Be the technical expert responsible for product ramp up for the customer.

·      Application support for newly introduced and existing product.

·      Ability to work in an international environment.

·      Master ‘s degree in Electrical Engineering.

·      5-10 years of relevant experience.

·      Strong understanding of power IC including Buck, Boost, Buck-boost regulators, and their application. Capable of scaling to mixed-signal products like LED driver, USB, and Interface.

·      Experience promoting/marketing IC and driving design wins by providing system solutions.

·      Strong customer-facing skills.

·      Familiar with lab equipment.

·      System modeling with simples, spice or MATLAB.
