职位描述
- Designing, synthesizing, purifying and analyzing novel lipids to enhance the company's proprietary lipid-based drug delivery platform.
- Manage internal/external chemistry team with a focus on high throughput organic synthesis
- Design novel compounds (lipid/polymer/peptide) and POC studies to enable extra-hepatic delivery of biomolecules
- Generating, evaluating and reporting data clearly and reliably.
- Maintain the chemistry laboratory and inventories following good laboratory practices.
- Regularly communicate with supervisors and peers about research findings and propose next steps.
- Stay updated on the latest technology and scientific trends.
- Perform additional duties as required.
任职条件
- PhD degree in Chemical Engineering, Biological Engineering, Pharmaceutical Science, or a related discipline
- Three or more years of lipid nanoparticle research experience
- Demonstrated track record of publication in peer-reviewed journals
- Knowledge of organic chemistry, bioconjugation, protein chemistry, and related analytical techniques
- Previous direct experience with LNP design, formulation, characterization, and processing
- Demonstrated skills and experiences in LNP design, formulation, and analysis, method development and validation
- Familiar with different equipment options for preparing lipid nanoparticles, including at different scales
- Proven record of performing LNP formulation and analysis experiments
- Ability to work independently, strong organizational skills, and ability to work in a dynamic and team environment
- Multitasking and ability to plan and prioritize multiple projects and workload
- Excellent communication skills and able to work with people from various backgrounds
