Assist in driving the user experience design process from concept to implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.

•

Support the production of user experience designs, including requirement visualization, customer journey mapping, information architecture, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and detailed UI designs.

•

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver user-centric digital solutions.

•

Participate in user research and ideation sessions to create and refine digital solutions.

•

Communicate design findings and rationale effectively to stakeholders.

•

Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices within the team.

•

Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to maintain competitive and relevant digital experiences.

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

• Experience as a UX Designer or in a similar role.

• Portfolio showcasing UX design skills and process.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

• Understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.

• Knowledge of best practices and trends in digital, banking, finance, and investment products.

• Collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects.

• Communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Fluent in English and Cantonese.
