The Resource and Performance Controller acts as a Business Analyst to support the organization’s financial planning, reporting, and performance management processes, to ensure high-quality data management, timely reporting, and meaningful analysis for both internal and external stakeholders.

•Support financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including assumptions preparation, cost center planning, transfer pricing, and actual data management.

•Safeguard data quality through consistency checks, plausibility reviews, and correction of errors.

•Coordinate and execute standard reporting processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

•Collect, process, and consolidate financial and operational data for internal stakeholders and external authorities.

•Provide standard, organizational-specific, and ad-hoc reports as required.

•Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.

•3-5 years of experience in financial planning, controlling, or business analysis.

•Experiences in digitalization or transformation in Finance & Controlling area is a plus

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

•Proficiency in relevant systems and IT tools (e.g., SAP, Excel, PBI).

•Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

•Strong communication skills with ability to liaise across different stakeholders.

•Team-oriented with a proactive and independent working style.

•Fluent English, both written and spoken.
